Terms of Service

Welcome to SellerEdgeLab ("SellerEdgeLab," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SellerEdgeLab browser extension (the "Extension"), companion web dashboard at app.selleredgelab.com, and website at www.selleredgelab.com (collectively, the "Service").

By installing the Extension, registering an account, or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Single Purpose & Description of Service

SellerEdgeLab is an AI-powered Amazon seller market intelligence tool. Its single purpose is to analyze Amazon product listing and market data — while you browse or initiate scans from your dashboard — to assist Amazon sellers in identifying product sub-niches, gap opportunities, keyword metrics, and competitor insights.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must register an account using Firebase Authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@selleredgelab.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing

3.1 Free Trial

New accounts may receive a limited Free Trial (e.g., 1 free market scan attempt) to evaluate the Service. Once free trial scans are exhausted, access to full analysis workflows requires an active paid subscription.

3.2 Merchant of Record (Polar)

Our order process and subscription billing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Polar. Polar handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and currency conversions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you also agree to Polar's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3.3 Recurring Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew periodically (e.g. monthly) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time using the self-service Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal in your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Extension or backend infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data contained therein.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, server infrastructure, or related systems.
• Use the Extension for automated scraping outside reasonable seller research bounds or on websites other than Amazon storefronts.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including software, algorithms, Extension code, visual designs, trademarks, and documentation, is the exclusive property of SellerEdgeLab. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the Service. Amazon, Amazon.com, and related logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. SellerEdgeLab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SellerEdgeLab GENERATES AI ESTIMATES AND MARKET INSIGHTS BASED ON PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE LISTING METRICS; WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SALES, PROFIT MARGINS, OR BUSINESS OUTCOMES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SellerEdgeLab OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective date." Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
